		<description>Advice is a good thing and you&#039;ve offered some solid points.  You would think that Annie would have had a slew of accountant types at her disposal...goes to show that even tax professionals may not be the best advisors for maintaining persoanl wealth.</description>

		<description>Great article with many an interesting cautionary tale.

As an FYI, the IRS doesn&#039;t collect sales tax. That is generally the state, with lesser authorities - county and city - sometimes getting involved.

		<description>Yikes I can&#039;t believe Annie is in such financial trouble. I had no idea.  That&#039;s a little scary that she&#039;s using the rights to her images as collateral.  I really don&#039;t want her to give up permission to those images, and have anyone and everyone bidding on the rights to some of her most famous works.  Then showing up all over the place.  That would be a sad day for the photography world.</description>
